In the small hours, the Moon squares off with Saturn, then sextiles Jupiter. For us this indicates that there is a simultaneous constriction and expansion, depending on how the aspect influences your natal astrology. Collectively, we are working through conversations of YES and NO, allowing what needs to fall away to do just that, and finding new ways to turn toward a more radical future. You know the saying, where one door closes another one opens, and that is really the feeling of this early morning astrology. Pay careful attention to what’s passing out of favor with you, and stop forcing what does not honestly engage, fulfill, or stimulate you. Your time is way more precious than that.

.

At 5:57am the Moon trines the Sun, bringing a harmonious tone to the relation between ego and heart-space. Messages flow freely here, encourage yourself to move from a place of truth in feelings, actions, and conversations.

.

At 8:15am the Moon squares Pluto and then goes void-of-course until 9:02pm, when she enters Scorpio. This is an intense aspect, and asks us to engage our deepest emotional truth today. Things that are difficult, but real, may come up out of the unconscious. Matters that are long overdue for resolution, things that lurk in the corners of your heart, they will be emerging today one way or another.

.

The energy is dark, but can be transformed, utilized for powerful acceptance, rather than harm. With that said, it is not easy to just take your private darkness and spin it into light. Sometimes we need to sit with that heavy shroud of grief, and let it cover us. This is more than fine, both routes acknowledge your depth of feeling, which is what Moon square Pluto asks us to do.

.

After the Moon squares Pluto she’ll be void-of-course for the rest of the day. Try to take some time to integrate your feelings, observations, and recent experiences if you can. Outstanding issues will not be resolved today. Let yourself rest, recoup, and connect to your own inner tide. The Moon will enter Scorpio at 9:02pm, but more on that tomorrow.
